Journey Through The Storm

Most often we rediscover the essence of self through hardship and tribulations. It is how we survive this times that trully defines our character. Similarly in business there are phases or upwards and downwards spiral that will dictate the nature of the business, its generally those that adapt and innovate that will wither the storm so to speak or those that have managed to balance the cash & asset value of the business as part and parcel of mitigating against any potential risk. Ive learned that with Entrepreneurship or Entrepreneurs the challenges are so intertwined that in most cases one has to survive a double whammy, this means that your business survival is of utmost importance to you as an individual and vice versa. This has serious ramications for business and individuals at the start up phase. Thus for entrepreneurs even though risk is a major driver of their vision, what is also of utmost importance is how best have they mitigated the risk between business and themselves as individuals. One this for certain, remain on the path irrespective of the challenges and failure to mitigate risk, as hardship partienty has a tendecy to translate itself to rewardship ( for lact of a better word).
